The region's markets
Every Thursday and Sunday morning, we invite you to the traditional market of Isle sur la Sorgue, offering local and seasonal products . Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is renowned for its six antiques villages bringing together more than 300 professionals. Sundays are also lively with a flea market. Antique shops mainly open from Friday to Monday and on public holidays.
Other towns and villages in the surrounding area welcome the colorful stalls of market gardeners, the small producers of the region and the local specialties. We will meet you on Mondays at the Cavaillon market, Tuesdays in Gordes, Wednesdays in Avignon, Thursdays in Sénas, Fridays in Venasque and Carpentras, Saturdays in Thor and Sundays in Châteaurenard.
Hikes
Many walks and hikes can be on the agenda for your days. In outdoors or in the heart of cities, you will better discover this pretty region of France. We advise you to discover the city of Thor thanks to the signposted discovery trail.
Cycle tourism
Very close to the Hotel Saint Louis, bike rental companies offer to deliver your bike directly to the reception of our establishment. Our team can reserve your bike for you. We will be able to show you routes to take by bike, in the heart of cities or in outdoors. For cycling enthusiasts, Mont Ventoux is a few kilometers away.
Golf
Professional golfers and amateurs will meet on the green, in the Saumane golf course 15 minutes' drive away. The Saumane golf course has a proshop, a practice and a magnificent 18-hole course. Work on your swing by going to Saumane golf course!
Canoeing
Less than 5 kilometers from our hotel with restaurant, you will be on the banks of the Isle. Some water sports centers offer to rent canoes and kayaks. You will spend pleasant afternoons with family, with friends or as a couple. Take a stroll along the water!
A hot air balloon ride
One of the flagship activities of the Luberon is to take a hot air balloon ride. Fly over the Luberon in a hot air balloon, you will have superb viewpoints over this charming green region and over delightful villages: Roussillon, Bonnieux, Ménerbes, Gordes, etc.

For afternoons in the great outdoors with family or friends, let yourself be tempted by a tree climbing session. It’s a unique opportunity to get together with your whole family, in an enchanting place that invites escape, sport and fun.
